Transactions Page

In your Property Manager (PM) Dashboard...

A useful tool in the PM Dashboard to find information regarding specific transactions, is the Transactions page. In your Inosio account, find the money sign icon ($) on the left side of the Dashboard. Select Transactions.

A list of all transactions will populate; you can scroll through the list, or use the filter feature to search for something specific. Click on the Select Filter drop down arrow, choose the filter, and add the specific information you are looking for in the search field to the right of the drop down. (E.g. if you have a Payment ID number you want to find, select Payment ID in the filter field and paste the ID in the search field.) 

Once you have found what you are looking for, you can click on the Payment ID for that transaction and it will pop up a screen that shows the details for that transaction.

Note about Refunds: This is also where you can issue refunds and approve/deny refund requests. Search by Payment ID, click into the Payment ID for the transaction, if a refund has been requested (an email will have been sent to you asking you to review the request) and it will allow you to Approve or Deny the refund. If you want to preemptively issue a refund, without there having been a refund request from your Resident, you can click Issue Refund.

View Deposits (a.k.a. Has the money hit my account yet?)

Once you click into a specific Payment ID, you can then View the Deposit batch to see when the funds for that transaction were deposited/will be deposited into your bank account. 

Click on the View Details drop down arrow on the right side to see the list of transactions that went into that specific Deposit.
