Resolving Balance Discrepancies Between Promas and Inosio

When there are balance discrepancies between Promas and Inosio, do this:
The first thing to do anytime you notice there are discrepancies between balances displayed in Promas and Inosio, is to synchronize your Promas data with Inosio's server.
To Synchronize your Promas data with Inosio, go into Promas, click into the Integration tab and then click the button that says Synchronize with Server (see below screen shot).
After you click the Synchronize with Server button in Promas, wait a few minutes and then confirm the changes have been made in Inosio.
