Exporting Data from Promas to Send to Inosio Support:

If you are having balance discrepancies between Promas and Inosio, first try synchronizing your Promas integration data with Inosio's server. For a refresher on how to synchronize your data, read this article: Balance Issues

If you are still having balance discrepancies after synchronizing your data, please export your integration data from Promas and send it to our support team, by following the below steps.

To export data from Promas:

  1. In Promas, click into the Integration tab
  2. Click the Monitoring and Troubleshooting button in the lower right corner
  3. Click into Troubleshooting
  4. Check the two boxes on the right side: Safe Mode & Send Data to File
  5. For Tenant Balance discrepancies, click the Send Balances button
  6. For Missing Properties / Bank Accounts, click the Send Locations button
  7. A data file will download to your computer, if it does not open up right away, look for it in either your Downloads folder or your Promas Export folder. (File name will either be Inosio_Balance.json or Inosio_Location.json)
  8. Send that data file to Inosio Support (pm-support@inosio.com) with a brief description of the issue that needs to be resolved; helpful details including resident name, property address, discrepancies between Promas and Inosio.
