Owner Access and Registration

Owners can be found on the Owners page. From here you can handle everything that you may need to support an owner, answer a question, or view their account.

For any access issue, registered or not, you will click the registration icon to create an invitation link or to create a temporary password. 

If email delivery is a problem, or if the owner is in you office or on the phone with you, select the option for "Short code" to provide them an easy one-time use code to access their account.

Owners can register via the invitation emails that are sent out via automation, by clicking a link you create in Inosio and send to them, or by entering a "short code" you provide them in-person or over the phone.

All methods lead to the same regisration page which will prompt them to review their details (created via integration data) and create a password.

Owners may change their names, email address, phone number etc. during the registration process or whenever they are logged in to their account in the 'Profile Settings' page. This will not impact your view or the integration in anyway.
