How to Register Residents

Registration should be easy! If its not please let us know!
There are a few ways for residents to Register:
1. Receive an invite via email from Inosio (automated or initiated by Property Manager)
2. Register using an email or their Property Address and Name by going directly the Inosio website.
Receive an invite email from Inosio
Inosio automatically sends registration email invites to Residents when their property, lease, and resident data is received.
If the resident cannot find it in their inbox, you can send the resident a new one by logging in and navigating to the Residents page.
Using email address, name, and property.
Residents can also navigate to https://portal.inosio.com/ to log in or sign up.
First they will be prompted to enter their email address. If Inosio cannot locate the account using their email they will be prompted for their Name and Property Address.
If Inosio is unable to locate them using that data then you will need to update their email address in your accounting platform and re-sync the data with Inosio. You can also re-send the invite via the Residents page as described above.
