Ensure you're configured for Inosio Publishing

In Promas, navigate to Set Up > Database Settings > select the Publishing tab. Assign Inosio as the Publishing Method.

Backfill Owner Statements

You first need to configure/check your publishing settings are accurate. Most important, make sure your Monthly Statements "end date" is accurately configured in your Publishing settings.

Navigate to Publishing > select Advanced tab > select Publishing Settings> select Owner Statements.

Clear Transmission Log, before you start backfilling your owner statements. In Publishing, select the Advanced tab again, Troubleshooting > Advanced Troubleshooting > Clear Transmission Log.

Next you can kick off the backfill process.
Note: this might take awhile so try to do it when you and other people are not needing to use Promas immediately.

Select the Regenerate Owner Statements button and then set the date to the first day of the statement you are starting from.

Note: if this crosses the end of a year, then Promas will also create an Annual Statement if you also have that configured in your Publishing Settings above.

Note: Promas will generate statements up until your last statement end date. If you want to go back 2 years eventually, but are pressed for time, there's no way to come back and instruct it to "just do 2023" - so just do it now.

Send the Documents to Inosio

Once Promas has generated all the documents, it will save them to your publishing folder. You will need to select 'Send Documents' to transfer them to Inosio.

Navigate to Publishing > Basic tab > select 'Send Documents'.
