Update Owner Ledgers
Update the ledger data in the Owner Portal

Owners have access to their ledger details in their Owner Portal. This reduces phone calls and questions from Owners about why less (or more) money than usual showed up in their bank account this month.
As a best practice, only update your owner ledgers when needed or once a month after publishing statements and sending invoice documents to Inosio.
Navigate to 'Publishing' in Promas. Select the 'Send Activity' button.
Hey presto! That's it.
Note: The ledger data function is very intensive. Promas will usually take 5-10 minutes to complete the sync. Once Inosio receives data it is immediately updated in the Owner's account.
