How do I help an applicant who can't submit their application?

Inosio is designed to eliminate incomplete applications. If an applicant cannot submit their application it is most likely due to missing or incomplete data.

The first thing to do is to view the applicant's 'Review and Submit' screen. This screen is designed to show you (and the applicant) exactly what they need to do before being able to submit the application.

Navigate to your 'Incomplete' applications and search for the applicant you are working with. Expand the application details, then select the 'Portal' icon.

On the 'Review and Submit' screen you can immediately see what the incomplete or missing sections are. Click each section to be navigated to that section to view exactly what the applicant sees. Note that you can complete the data for them if needed.

Once all sections are completed the application can be submitted. Please note that you can submit the application on behalf of the applicant. Simply click 'Submit Payment' and follow the prompts on the screen to enter the payment method details. Ensure that you read and notify the applicant of all processing fees and messages.
